CAE Boot Camp
STREBEN is excited to announce a Unique CAE Boot Camp. This specially designed Boot Camp will prepare you for project engagement with Automotive & Aerospace. At “STREBEN” we equip the Candidates with ‘Employability Skills’ and provide them appropriate industry-specific training. "The entire Training conducted is on Automotive/Aerospace Domain & Project based Training".
We have been observing a consistent skills gap
between students and industry. Employers want graduates who can deliver from day one; they are
not willing to train candidates. Students passing out of colleges are not
amenable to ground realities, they are all waiting to sit on the rocket to the
moon. Sadly, there is no rocket.
As the first step towards addressing this issue, we set out to identify traits / skills which are required in order to achieve success.
